About The Position

The SAP SME Lead bridges SAP business process knowledge and automation engineering, ensuring manual test cases are automation-ready before they are handed over. The role reviews and clarifies test cases, prerequisites, business rules, test data, expected outcomes, and process dependencies so automation engineers can develop scripts that accurately represent the business process. The position also includes walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions with automation engineers, functional review and sign-off of completed scripts, failure triage, and maintaining an automation-readiness tracker. The role supports process questions and coordinates with client BPOs to obtain timely responses. The position is remote in the US, with EST/CST coverage and Chicago identified as an ideal location.
