About The Position

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a motivated, self-driven SAP SD Senior Consultant to deliver business solutions to clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. The role involves leading SAP Sales & Distribution implementations and guiding consultants and client personnel. Consultants work from a home office when not at a client site; relocation is not required. Travel is integral to the role and is estimated to average 30–50%, varying according to client and project needs.

The consultant will lead requirements analysis and design sessions; design, develop, and configure SAP SD functions, including integrations with other modules; oversee customized report design and development; provide technical support and training; and assist with engagement scoping and proposal development. Requirements

• Expertise in SAP SD, including at least three full life-cycle implementation projects.
• Team lead experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work across design, hands-on configuration, and new roles.
• Strong client-services orientation and experience actively executing engagements and project plans or tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to present and write at publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations.
• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Willingness to travel, estimated to average 30–50%, depending on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Lead analysis and design sessions to establish requirements and develop client solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure SAP SD functions to meet business requirements, including integration points with other modules.
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports.
• Provide general technical support for clients and conduct training as required.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
