The role may support or lead bids, engage with director-level and more senior client stakeholders, master one or more business or industry domains, provide functional guidance through the project or application lifecycle, and build thought leadership and new offerings through relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients. The role leads end-to-end SAP SD/OTC solution architecture, design, and delivery across complex transformation programs. It translates business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions; leads design across sales order management, pricing, availability checks, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and customer master data; and provides architectural leadership for implementations, transformations, and modernization initiatives. It oversees requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration strategy, testing, deployment, and go-live activities, with integrated solutions spanning SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, Logistics Execution, and other SAP and non-SAP applications. The architect ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, and transformation roadmaps; partners with senior stakeholders on strategy and design decisions; identifies process simplification, automation, cash-flow, and OTC improvement opportunities; and provides functional and architectural leadership to delivery teams. The role establishes standards, governance, and quality oversight; presents strategies, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior clients; supports pre-sales, solutioning, estimates, resource planning, and proposals; and mentors consultants and architects.
