About The Position

Accenture's SAP practice is seeking a transformation maestro with extensive experience in SAP S4 Order to Cash (OTC) to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. This role involves solving complex business problems, enabling companies to do more, and leading teams and projects. The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, capable of building rapport with clients, flexible, a great listener, and a deep domain expert in OTC. As a Lead, this position requires leadership skills to handle pressure and make decisions with lasting impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• At least 7+ years of experience in delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP OTC module.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
• Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
• Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

• Experience with data migration into SAP S4

Responsibilities

• Participate in the detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation of the global SAP S/4 template.
• Ensure efficient and effective acquisition of contract management, customer billing, opportunity lifecycle management, proposal management, sales order processing, and accounts receivable.
• Host detailed design workshops and document processes in Signavio.
• Show clients how they can leverage SAP best practices to enable their business processes based on identified requirements.
• Help set the strategy for near-term goals using the Deployment Delivery Methodology.
• Work with global process owners and senior leadership at a client and/or at Accenture.
• Negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues and risks.
• Work through the configuration and functional detailed designs of identified requirements.
• Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
