About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise and technical knowledge to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on HR data and processes required within S/4HANA rather than the full SAP HCM suite. The architect will define the solution architecture, ensure effective integration with surrounding systems, and support the solution through implementation and deployment. The role involves designing HRMM around business and technical requirements, including how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained in S/4HANA. It also includes designing integrations between HRMM and SAP and non-SAP systems, including Workday, and translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs. The architect will work with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration and technical teams, and business stakeholders, providing guidance throughout implementation and supporting testing, deployment, cutover, issue resolution, and architecture documentation. Fusion Consulting is a global life sciences business and IT consultancy with more than 450 employees and 25 offices worldwide. The company specializes in S/4HANA, Data & Cloud, and innovative technologies, and promotes entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, continuous learning, and career development.
