SAP S/4 HANA QM Analyst

About The Position

The SAP S/4HANA QM Analyst will support the design, development, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management processes. The role includes working with end users to gather and document business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP, developing test scenarios and scripts, and testing business processes and SAP development objects. The analyst will also provide end-user training, manage cutover planning, and support go-live and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

10 years of overall experience.
At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and testing the SAP S/4HANA Quality Management module.
Strong knowledge and experience with master data objects, including Material Master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, and Catalogs.
Experience with serial number management and tracking.
Experience with inspection planning and execution.
Experience with sampling.
Experience with source, incoming, in-process, and outbound inspection.
Experience with quality notifications.
Experience with defects and complaints.
Experience with quality order management.
Experience integrating QM with other areas such as PP, WM, and PM.
Experience with interfaces and IDoc processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
Document requirements in business process blueprint documents.
Design solutions to meet business requirements.
Create functional specifications and functional design documents.
Perform SPRO configuration in SAP S/4HANA.
Create test scenarios and test scripts.
Conduct functional testing of business process steps and SAP development objects.
Provide end-user training.
Manage cutover planning.
Deliver go-live and post-go-live support.
