About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP projects, particularly those involving SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Production Planning (PP). The role leads end-to-end implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. It requires strong project delivery and stakeholder management capabilities, along with hands-on knowledge of SAP manufacturing and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of overall IT/SAP experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading SAP programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Experience with at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Good understanding of SAP integration touchpoints with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, and EWM.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Expertise in project planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Nice To Haves

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• SAP certification in PM and/or PP modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM and PP projects through planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure SAP PM and PP solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Manage change requests, project documentation, and quality assurance activities.
• Support integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training programs, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
