About The Position

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The role manages projects from kick-off through go-live and requires effective collaboration with clients and internal and external team members. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a team environment. The position includes analyzing and recording customer and partner requirements; planning and managing workshops; leading teams of internal and external experts through solution design, specification, realization, implementation, and follow-up; and supporting project-management standards, industry-specific KPIs, and best practices. The Project Manager also supports training for SNP employees and helps ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must live in Puerto Rico. Prior consulting experience, ideally with a Tier I consulting firm on ERP application projects, is a plus.

Requirements

Must live in Puerto Rico.
At least 10 years of SAP project work in various roles, from consultant to project manager.
At least 5 years of project-management experience.
Excellent project-management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, including outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to effectively train clients and junior-level consultants.
Experience with project-management tools and methodologies.
Experience managing projects from kick-off through go-live.

Nice To Haves

Previous consulting experience, ideally with a Tier I consulting firm on ERP application projects.
Experience with SAP SLO and/or SAP Transformation.

Responsibilities

Independently analyze and record customer and partner requirements.
Prepare, plan, manage, and follow up on customer and partner workshops.
Manage internal and external project teams through solution finding, specification, realization, implementation, and project follow-up.
Support project-management standards, industry-specific KPIs, and best practices.

Collaborate with business owners to capture requirements remotely and in person.
Drive quality, testing, and delivery-methodology processes to support successful transitions and customer satisfaction.
