About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics, Cost Accounting, Labor Costing, and Fixed Asset Management. The role manages SAP implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, and delivers solutions aligned with business and financial objectives. The position is in Reno, Nevada. The Project Manager leads SAP projects from planning and requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role oversees SAP SD and Logistics processes, cost accounting and labor costing activities, and Fixed Asset Accounting. It coordinates integration across SAP SD, Logistics, Finance, Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting (FI-AA), while managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. The role works with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and senior leadership. It drives testing, defect resolution, change management, user training, and deployment readiness, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements, financial controls, compliance standards, and agreed timelines.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP project management or SAP program delivery, preferably with complex enterprise implementations.
Strong functional understanding of SAP SD and Logistics processes.
Experience with SAP Cost Accounting, labor costing, and Fixed Asset Accounting.
Experience managing cross-functional SAP implementations and integrations involving SD, Logistics, FI, and CO.
Proven experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and executive-level reporting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live planning.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Manage SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and integration with other SAP modules.
Oversee SAP Logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain integration.
Coordinate cost accounting activities, including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
Manage labor costing requirements, including labor cost allocation, workforce-related cost tracking, and integration with financial and operational processes.
Oversee SAP Fixed Asset Accounting activities, including asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional integration across SAP SD, Logistics, Finance, Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive testing strategies, defect resolution, change management, user training, and deployment readiness.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, financial controls, compliance standards, and agreed timelines.
