About The Position

The Senior SAP Project Manager will oversee and manage SAP projects and workstreams, drawing on a strong SAP foundation and hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP business processes. The role manages multiple projects across functional areas, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, and supports ongoing SAP ECC initiatives while ensuring alignment with an upcoming S/4HANA transformation. The stated pay range is $55.00–$60.00 per hour.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP/IT experience, including strong SAP project management experience.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP business processes.
• Broad SAP knowledge across functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Supply Chain, or related modules.
• Proven experience managing multiple SAP projects concurrently.
• Experience managing SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• S/4HANA transformation or migration experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong SAP foundation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams simultaneously across different functional areas.
• Lead projects through the complete lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams.
• Provide project status, risk information, and executive-level updates to key stakeholders.
• Support ongoing SAP ECC initiatives while ensuring alignment with the upcoming S/4HANA transformation.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and resolve dependencies across SAP projects.
