About The Position

The Senior SAP Procurement Functional Consultant analyzes, builds, and configures SAP solutions supporting procure-to-pay business process requirements. The role works closely with architects, developers, technical teams, and clients to ensure functional and technical alignment across integrated workstreams. The consultant contributes to solution design, documentation, testing, and configuration while supporting efficiency across sub-teams. The position also supports budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning, and manages a team by mentoring and training junior team members. The role requires the candidate to be a U.S. citizen without dual citizenship, be eligible to obtain at least a Secret clearance, and live locally to St. Louis, Missouri, or travel there weekly. The listed compensation range for specified states and the District of Columbia is $106,300–$206,200 USD.

Requirements

At least 5 years of SAP Procurement ECC and SRM experience.
Team lead experience.
U.S. citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted.
Eligibility to obtain a minimum of a Secret clearance.
Must live locally to St. Louis, Missouri, or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and develop SAP modules and their integrations with other applications.
Create functional solutions and deliver design, build, and test activities.
Develop detailed business process designs and supporting documentation.
Design and document RICEFW objects, test models, test scripts, and related artifacts.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions and design solutions aligned to business needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
Develop test strategies and manage large, complex test efforts.
Produce configuration designs and rationales, and complete system configuration builds.
Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities.
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
