SAP NS2 Federal Delivery Executive
About The Position
SAP National Security Services Inc. (SAP NS2), an independent U.S. subsidiary of SAP, provides secure SAP solutions and specialized services to U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers. The Federal Delivery Executive oversees multiple SAP projects and programs across Federal and Department of Defense accounts, ensuring delivery meets contractual, financial, schedule, and quality commitments. The role builds executive relationships, strengthens customer satisfaction, and supports long-term account growth. The position partners with Sales and Enterprise Architects on business development, proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, and delivery strategy. It advances SAP Activate, Clean Core, AI, and cloud adoption in support of customer transformation objectives; mentors project managers; strengthens delivery governance; and promotes consistent methodologies and best practices. The executive proactively manages program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and customer expectations, while helping teams adopt AI-enabled ways of working and ensuring AI-generated outputs are reliable and high quality. The role requires U.S. citizenship because it involves access to customer data. Travel is up to 50%, and the preferred location is in the East or Central U.S. time zone.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship; the position requires access to customer data.
- 10 or more years of project or program management experience delivering complex SAP technology initiatives.
- Extensive experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers.
- Deep expertise with SAP enterprise solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, or ECC.
- Experience with cloud migration or adoption across hybrid, private, or public cloud environments.
- Expertise in program governance, financial and contractual management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- All internal applicants must have their manager’s approval to transfer.
