SAP NS2 Federal Delivery Executive
About The Position
SAP National Security Services Inc. (SAP NS2), an independent U.S. subsidiary of SAP, provides SAP solutions with specialized security and support for U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers. The Federal Delivery Executive oversees multiple SAP projects and programs across Federal and Department of Defense accounts, ensuring contractual, financial, schedule, and quality commitments are met. The role builds executive customer relationships, strengthens satisfaction, and supports long-term account growth. The position partners with Sales and Enterprise Architects on business development, proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, and delivery strategy. It advances SAP Activate, Clean Core, AI, and cloud adoption in support of customer transformation objectives; strengthens delivery governance and consistent methodologies; mentors project managers; and manages program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and customer expectations. The role also promotes AI-enabled ways of working and helps ensure the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs. This role requires U.S. citizenship and access to customer data. Travel is up to 50%, with an East or Central U.S. time zone location preferred. Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen; the position requires access to customer data.
- 10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex SAP technology initiatives.
- Extensive experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers.
- Deep expertise with SAP enterprise solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, or ECC.
- Experience with cloud migration or adoption across hybrid, private, or public cloud environments.
- Expertise in program governance, financial and contractual management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
