About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship program designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This internship is positioned as the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The intern will be a creative design talent within the team, focusing on media design for business applications (presentations, internal marketing), user engagement through design excellence, translating business concepts into visual representations, and data analysis and reporting. Specific tasks include simplifying complex concepts into illustrations, improving user experience on internal social media platforms through data analysis and design, supporting the Skill Management Team with media design needs, utilizing AI for data analysis and report generation, creating visual assets and videos with AI, incorporating stakeholder feedback into design decisions, producing a business case study on User Experience, and communicating with diverse global stakeholders.

Opportunities for learning include consulting business processes, internal organization marketing, data analysis and reporting, business intelligence and analytic visualization tools, communication plan creation, generative AI and Business AI, industry-specific business processes, content writing, and brain-based learning theories and methods.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
• 70% Media Designer, 20% Business Analyst, 5% Techie, 5% Excellent Communicator background
• Ability to do media design and other related tasks

• Curiosity of how AI tools can be used to be most effective and productive
• Functional proficiency in English

Nice To Haves

• Advanced MS Powerpoint design skills
• Video and audio media creation and editing and be willing to expand in this field
• Blogging using different social media platforms

Responsibilities

• Taking complex concepts and turning them into simple illustrations
• Improving the user experience and user engagement on our internal social media platform through data analysis and innovative design
• Supporting the Skill Management Team with their media design needs
• Testing and pushing the boundaries of AI to do data analysis and produce informative reports that help the business make data-based decisions
• Testing and pushing the boundaries of AI in creating visual assets and videos for enablement purposes
• Making good design decisions while incorporating changes recommended by project stakeholders
• Producing an original business case study on the topic of User Experience that will be used in future enablement activities
• Communicating with many different people, in various industries and positions, from around the world
