Acts as the key interface between Rollout teams and the IT (Build) team, continuously aligning and implementing the (sub-) process Intralogistics to Demand (I2D) on a global level. Owns the Requirement-to-Build pipeline for I2D processes. Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes, including requirements from local rollouts, norms, standards, and other integrated processes (e.g., Manufacturing to Stock, Order to Cash). Supports the definition of the roadmap to increase the maturity, standardization, and compliance of the (sub-) process I2D globally. Secures a sustainable design and strict compliance with the global logistics and warehouse process standards. Drives digitalization and automation roadmap in Warehouse and Material Flow Management by evaluating new requirements for Industry 4.0 / Logistics 4.0 solutions (e.g., AGV integrations, RFID, advanced scanning). Monitors relevant process key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage transformation programs to improve overall I2D capabilities. Acts as a consultant and coach for Rollout teams and key user departments on how to apply and align with global process standards. Maintains intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in a highly complex, international environment.
