Requirements

Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
Extensive business experience in procurement logistics and/or production logistics and/or manufacturing
3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or industry environments.
In-depth experience and know-how in SAP (intra-) logistics modules (LE/WM/EWM) including customization/configuration and processes.
Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain.
Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of EDI, digital integration of suppliers and S/4HANA EWM as an advantage.
Experience in SAP Consulting (or similar) and/or SAP Implementation Projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)

Responsibilities

Monitor and support interfaces between SAP ERP systems and external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including BOWAS and dEWM.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface-related incidents to ensure data integrity, system stability, and uninterrupted warehouse processes.
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and relevant technical teams to coordinate issue resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact for interface-related topics, incidents, and operational inquiries.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring interface issues and process disruptions.
Define, coordinate, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive measures to improve interface reliability and performance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across SAP–WMS integration flows.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at improving process quality, system integration, and operational efficiency.
Provide expert-level functional and operational support for WMS interface-related questions and issues.
Support and train key users and role experts on relevant system functionalities, interface processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Create, maintain, and continuously update process, interface, and support documentation.
Ensure knowledge transfer and the availability of clear operational guidelines for relevant stakeholders.
