Our clean core approach empowers enterprises to manage their SAP data lifecycle more efficiently and compliantly. As demand grows, we're looking for an SAP Technical Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in customer success and product excellence. We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of SAP development, technical consulting, integrations, and customer-facing problem solving. The ideal candidate will be based in the EU region, with a willingness to maintain meaningful overlap with European time zones.
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong ABAP development, debugging, and troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP functional modules such as FI, MM, SD, or related areas.
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and APIs.
- Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite.
- Experience with SAP document management technologies such as ArchiveLink, KPro, or SAP DMS.
- Understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed technical and business teams.
- A hands-on SAP professional who enjoys solving technical problems and understanding how systems work together.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and business users to understand their needs.
- Curious and adaptable, with an interest in learning new SAP technologies and integration approaches.
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer or technical priorities.
- A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with international teams.
- Someone who takes ownership of issues and follows problems through to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Configure and support SAP document management and archiving solutions.
- Develop, enhance, debug, and support ABAP objects.
- Design, develop, and support SAP integrations using technologies such as RFC, BAPI, IDoc, APIs, and SAP BTP.
- Configure and customize SAP solutions based on customer and business requirements.
- Coordinate SAP transports across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues in collaboration with customers and internal technical teams.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and ongoing support lifecycle.
