About The Position

AUMOVIO is seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. The position connects HR business units with IT to ensure systems and processes meet local and global requirements. It oversees regional HR IT platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and Fiori, and serves as a source of expertise on HR IT technologies, architecture, data flows, end-to-end HR business processes, and configuration. The role provides regional end-to-end business process consulting and technical authority for HR departments, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services. It works with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, develop concepts and blueprints, implement solutions, and evaluate results. The position also contributes to global HXM and UI guidelines, drives innovation and landscape optimization, develops ABAP-based and other technology solutions, and coordinates HR IT providers while monitoring their performance. Travel of up to 10%, including international business trips, is expected.

Requirements

Master's degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–10 years of IT or industry work experience.
Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, particularly SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, and Architecture Management.
SAP ABAP programming for HCM, particularly interface techniques.
Passion for developing and optimizing system landscapes and data flows.
Project management skills, including at least five years of relevant SAP project experience.
Excellent problem-solving and holistic-thinking skills.
Efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
High customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
Intercultural sensitivity; international team experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of or experience with HR business processes.
English language skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional HR IT platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and Fiori.
Serve as a knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flows.
Act as a technology expert in end-to-end HR business processes and configuration.
Define global guidelines for HXM and UI developments and operations.
Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility.
Drive innovation and improve existing technologies.
Create business solutions using ABAP and other technologies, including object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces.
Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best-practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
Provide end-to-end business process consulting to internal customers and serve as the regional IT partner for HR departments, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services.
Liaise with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement system solutions, and evaluate success.
Work with the Global HR team to maximize resource utilization and the effectiveness of system solutions.
Contribute to developing and implementing new strategies and technologies.
Optimize the HR IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, with a focus on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.
Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor their performance.
