About The Position

Kodland is a fast-growing international digital school that helps children and teenagers develop creativity through coding, design, and digital skills. The Digital Creativity Tutor inspires students to express themselves through digital media, including design, graphics, animation, and 3D modeling. This is a fully remote role, with teaching availability required during the specified UK teaching hours. Tutors deliver online classes using provided scripts and materials, develop their teaching skills with mentor guidance, support student progress, and contribute feedback and creative ideas to improve lessons. The role also includes mock lessons, training, and community events.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic 3D principles, including modeling, perspective, and rendering.
• Familiarity with graphic tools such as Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, or Canva.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the stated weekday or weekend teaching hours.
• Stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps, a webcam, a headset, and a quiet workspace.

Nice To Haves

• Background in design education.
• Familiarity with Tinkercad or animation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online classes using provided scripts and materials.
• Develop teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.
• Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and guide students throughout their learning journey.
• Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
• Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance skills and connect with other tutors.
