About The Position

The SAP FP&A Consultant will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP-based Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. The role combines finance domain expertise with SAP technology, helping organizations improve budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or SAP FICO
Strong understanding of Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis
Strong understanding of Cost center, profit center, and profitability analysis
Experience working with CFO, FP&A, or Controlling teams
Hands-on experience with one or more: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BPC Embedded / Standard, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning preferred)
Good understanding of FI/CO integration
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Experience working in SAP consulting
