About The Position

Syskoplan Reply, part of the Reply Network and an SAP Gold partner, is seeking an SAP Finance Support Consultant to support day-to-day business operations, resolve system issues, and deliver functional enhancements. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), with hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including standard Fiori applications.

The consultant will provide production support, troubleshoot and maintain SAP FI functionality, investigate root causes, and work with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to improve processes and systems. The role also leads functional enhancements through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare. Travel up to 20% is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of SAP Finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes and hands-on expertise in SAP FI configuration and functionality.
• Experience providing production support, managing support tickets, performing root cause analysis, and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Experience with SAP FI integration across other functional modules and troubleshooting cross-functional business processes.
• Experience delivering functional enhancements across the SAP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including standard Fiori applications.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, and big data.
• Knowledge of interfaced tools such as tax automation, vendor invoice management (VIM), and compliance SaaS products.
• SAP Costing experience.
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA, including localization topics related to tax and financial legislation.
• Knowledge of financial reporting relating to SOX compliance and public companies.
• S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for SAP Finance by reviewing, troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, support tickets, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring problems.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain SAP FI functionality, including integrations with other SAP modules and cross-functional business processes.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements, assess processes, and recommend solutions and system improvements.
• Lead functional enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
• Prepare documentation, communicate issue-resolution progress and enhancement status, and provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants.
• Support system improvements and collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional SAP consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
