About The Position

Syskoplan Reply, part of the Reply Network, is seeking an SAP Finance Support Consultant to support day-to-day business operations, resolve system issues, and deliver functional enhancements. The role calls for strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud and standard Fiori applications. The consultant provides production support, troubleshoots and maintains SAP FI functionality, and works with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions. The position includes leading functional enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment. It also involves root cause analysis, documentation, communicating progress, and providing knowledge transfer. The role requires travel up to 20% and at least five years of SAP Finance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least two full-cycle SAP implementations. This is a full-time position with a base compensation range of $110,000–$150,000 plus benefits. Compensation may vary by region and is determined with consideration to experience, skills, education or training, certifications, and other applicable qualifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Travel up to 20%.
At least 5 years of SAP Finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
Hands-on expertise in SAP FI configuration and functionality.
Experience providing production support, managing support tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving functional and technical issues.
Experience with SAP FI integration across other functional modules and troubleshooting cross-functional business processes.
Experience delivering functional enhancements across the SAP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including standard Fiori applications.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, and big data.
Knowledge of common interfaced tools, such as tax automation, vendor invoice management (VIM), and compliance SaaS products.
SAP Costing experience.
International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA, including relevant tax and financial legislation localization topics.
Knowledge of financial reporting related to SOX compliance and public companies.
S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing SAP Finance production support by reviewing, troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, support tickets, and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues.
Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain SAP FI functionality, including integrations with other SAP modules and cross-functional business processes.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements, assess processes, and recommend solutions and system improvements.
Lead functional enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
Prepare documentation, communicate issue-resolution progress and enhancement status, and provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants.
Support system improvements and collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional SAP consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
