SAP Fieldglass Delivery Manager
About The Position
Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients embrace digital transformation using design thinking, agile development, and smart technologies like IoT, automation, and AI. They utilize their proprietary tool, myConcerto, to drive client success. Accenture provides extensive training in new SAP technologies and fosters a strong community for its employees. The practice has received over 70 SAP awards and is a leading partner for various SAP solutions, including SAP Fieldglass. The role requires an individual who can help clients navigate digitization challenges and solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable with teamwork, leading projects, and delving into workstream details and SAP configuration. Regular travel to client sites is expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience deploying SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce and/or Services Procurement modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience across all Software Development Lifecycle project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Support).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
- A bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
- English fluency is required.
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in French language.
- SAP Fieldglass certification in either/both Contingent Workforce Management (CW) or Services Procurement (SOW) modules.
- SAP Fieldglass operational experience (buyer side or within an MSP).
- SAP Ariba or Sourcing/Procurement experience.
- Deep expertise in integration of SAP Fieldglass with S/4, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors (or other HXM), and other downstream systems.
- Deep expertise in Data Migration (Master Data, Invoice Data, Cross Application Data, Open Contracts).
Responsibilities
- Use business acumen to initiate SAP Fieldglass transformation or deployment programs.
- Independently conduct client workshops leveraging expertise in SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Profile Worker).
- Demonstrate to clients how to use and integrate SAP Fieldglass to address business challenges.
- Lead, guide, or contribute to the Design, Build/Configure, Test, and Deployment phases of core Fieldglass solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
- Act as a versatile team member, interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams, and potentially taking charge of project aspects.
- Manage assigned workstreams and/or project activities.
- Liaise with all workstreams, including functional, technical, testing, change management, and project management.
- Adapt current methods, tools, and procedures to develop client-specific solutions.
- Identify configuration solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
- Maintain records of requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and earn the trust of key advisors.
- Continuously enhance broader SAP business and technical expertise.
