Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience testing SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and external system integrations
Experience with cross‑process SAP testing across multiple modules
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and test planning
Ability to collaborate across functional, technical, and development teams
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
US Citizen (no duals)
Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP test automation tools
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), ChaRM, or testing accelerators
Prior experience working in large‑scale federal or enterprise SAP implementations

Responsibilities

Facilitate collaboration with functional, development, and technical teams to resolve issues identified during test execution
Develop test strategies and manage large, complex SAP testing efforts
Lead test planning activities, defining scope, timelines, and required resources for each testing phase
Track and manage defects through resolution, ensuring timely follow‑up with responsible teams
Coordinate across teams to ensure successful execution of all test phases
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members
Support cross‑process SAP testing and ensure consistency across integrated modules
