About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a SAP FI/CO Lead to join their team in Texas, US. This role focuses on leading S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (COPA) initiatives. The position involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including streamlining processes for AP, AR, GL, and asset management. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping them to SAP functionalities, conducting system testing, and providing user training. The role also entails designing and configuring SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Reporting), ensuring seamless integration with FI/Logistics (SD, MM), and developing custom reports for financial analysis. The lead will analyze existing business processes, provide and test functional solutions (RICEFW objects), and leverage strong organizational, time management, influencing, and communication skills to translate between business users and IT resources. Experience with ITSM tools like JIRA is also expected.

Requirements

At least 12 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO.
12+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.
5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience.
3+ years of COPA/CO-PA experience.
Minimum 2 SAP implementation full life-cycle experience.
Minimum 2 AMS support project experience.

Responsibilities

Designs, configures, and supports SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to streamline financial processes like AP, AR, GL, and asset management.
Gathers business requirements, maps them to SAP functionalities, conducts system testing, and provides user training.
Designs and configures SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Reporting) to meet business requirements.
Ensures seamless data flow from Financial Accounting (FI), Sales Distribution (SD), MM, and other cross S4 modules.
Develops custom reports for GL, Trial Balance, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
Analyzes existing business processes to provide, document, and test functional solutions (RICEFW objects).
Utilizes strong organizational and time management skills.
Works with ITSM tools, JIRA etc.
Uses strong influencing and excellent communication skills to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
