About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a SAP FI/CO Lead to join their team. This role will focus on S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (COPA). The ideal candidate will design, configure, and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, streamline financial processes, gather business requirements, map them to SAP functionalities, conduct system testing, and provide user training. Responsibilities include designing and configuring SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Reporting), ensuring seamless data flow from FI/Logistics (SD, MM), and developing custom reports for GL, Trial Balance, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. The role also involves analyzing existing business processes to provide, document, and test functional solutions (RICEFW objects).

Requirements

Requires at least 12 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO.
Requires 12 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance Module.
Minimum 2 SAP implementation full life-cycle experience.
Minimum 2 AMS support project experience.
12+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.
5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience.
3+ years of COPA/CO-PA experience.
Strong organizational and time management skill.
Exp in ITSM tools, JIRA etc.
Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.
Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.

Responsibilities

Designs, configures, and supports SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to streamline financial processes like AP, AR, GL, and asset management.
Gathers business requirements, maps them to SAP functionalities, conducts system testing, and provides user training.
Designs and configures SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Reporting) to meet business requirements.
Ensures seamless data flow from Financial Accounting (FI), Sales Distribution (SD), MM and other cross S4 modules.
Develops custom reports for GL, Trial Balance and cost monitoring, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
Analyzes existing business processes to provide, document, and test functional solutions (RICEFW objects).
