About The Position

The SAP FI/CO Consultant will lead the accounting, cost allocation, and settlement design across intercompany transactions. The role is onsite in Vegas, Nevada, and focuses on SAP ECC FI-AR, FI-AP, CO, and related integration and settlement processes. The consultant should have SAP PS settlement expertise for project intercompany labor; if the proposed FI/CO consultant does not have this depth, the vendor should provide a separate PS consultant.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI-AR, FI-AP, and CO.
Hands-on intercompany accounting experience.
Experience with reciprocal AR/AP processes, including receiving-company AP entries originating from intercompany invoices and associated review, parking, and error handling.
Knowledge of accounting controls for company codes, trading partners, reconciliation, document references, reversals, tax, currency, and audit evidence.
Experience with SD–FI/CO integration and intercompany or delivering-plant revenue, inventory, and cost-of-sales impacts.
Experience with CO activity allocation, activity types, cost and profit centers, transfer-price markup, and settlement of service orders and other cost objects.
SAP PS settlement expertise for project intercompany labor, WBS settlement rules, and project-to-FI/CO accounting, or provision of a separate PS consultant by the vendor.
Ability to assess project-settlement reporting needs and proposed automation of AP postings from AR invoices.

Responsibilities

Design and support reciprocal AR/AP processes, including creating or staging the receiving-company AP entry from an originating intercompany invoice, with review/parking and error handling where required.
Establish accounting controls for company codes, trading partners, reconciliation, document references, reversals, tax, currency, and audit evidence.
Address SD–FI/CO integration, including revenue, inventory, and cost-of-sales impacts for intercompany and delivering-plant scenarios.
Handle CO activity allocation, activity types, cost and profit centers, transfer-price markup, and settlement of service orders and other cost objects.
Support SAP PS settlement for project intercompany labor, WBS settlement rules, and project-to-FI/CO accounting.
Assess project-settlement reporting needs and proposed automation of AP postings from AR invoices.
