About The Position

The SAP FI/CO Consultant provides production support for SAP Finance and Controlling and financial consolidation. The role performs development activities prioritized by the business and enhances and supports Finance, Controlling, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting functionalities. It also identifies process improvements based on support issues to minimize recurring problems. The consultant works with SAP architects, technical teams, functional analysts, and client project teams to deliver project scope on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables. The role leads design workshops, explains the business rationale for technical solutions, communicates with clients about SAP projects and functionality, develops estimates, budgets, and timelines, and works to achieve client satisfaction targets. The position requires bilingual English and Korean ability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, with an emphasis on Finance and/or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
6–8 years of SAP ABAP programming experience in SAP FICO system implementation or maintenance.
Experience with 2–3 large implementations.
Bilingual in English and Korean.
Strong knowledge and application of the software development life cycle.

Nice To Haves

SAP FI/CO certifications preferred.
Experience with CAF, Enhanced Framework, PI/XI, Java in SAP, and EP (iViews, Web Dynpro, and BSP).
