About The Position

SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking an SAP FI/CO Consultant to design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and reorganizations at the system and data levels. The role involves planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP-based solutions throughout the solution development life cycle, ensuring they follow best practices and meet clients’ business and technical requirements. The consultant prepares technical specifications, manages setup and programming where applicable, oversees testing cycles, and creates documentation. The role also includes go-live and post-go-live support, project implementation using SNP Transformation software, and coordination of migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments. The consultant contributes to presales activities and customer proposals, supports development during large implementations, and helps improve internal tools and SAP knowledge.

Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO.
Fundamental knowledge of and implementation experience with FI/CO modules.
Cross-module knowledge in SAP FI/CO.
Experience using SAP-provided tools to analyze data volumes at table and system levels.
Experience with ABAP, development activities, and development support during large implementations.
Experience in data migration projects, including developing migration concepts, extraction and mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, and cutover planning.
Successful teamwork experience and strong communication skills.
Accountability for delivering agreed tasks with acceptable quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
High drive, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent in English.
Must live in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions in accordance with best practices throughout the solution development life cycle.
Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide development.
Manage solution setup, programming where applicable, testing cycles, and comprehensive documentation.
Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
Implement projects using SNP Transformation software.
Coordinate migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments.
Participate in presales activities, prepare for customer meetings, and develop proposals.
Support development activities during large implementations.
Improve internal tools, specify functionality enhancements, and create and execute test scenarios.
Develop knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, products, ABAP programming where applicable, and new SAP technologies.
