About The Position

WOONGJIN INC. is seeking a bilingual Sr. SAP SD Consultant to support SAP Logistics processes and customer requirements. The role coordinates, tracks, and schedules project tasks and assists with ad-hoc projects. It works with company headquarters and the North America PI team to manage implementation and optimize new and existing SAP Logistics processes. The consultant advises users on defining and designing processes, documents customer business processes, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends system improvements. The role also monitors and reports issue status and performance against operating standards; identifies end-user technical requirements for SAP SD and the Sales Portal; provides training, documentation, and ongoing support; maintains strong end-user relationships; and provides backup for SAP consultants as needed. The position is expected to work in the office five days per week, per HR guidelines.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an SAP environment.
Demonstrated understanding of the system development life cycle, application development dynamics, and information technology practices and methods.
Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Bilingual in English and Korean, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
Willingness to work in the office five days per week, per HR guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus.
Experience processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity with EDI.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills demonstrated through teamwork.
Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions.
Ability to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing them.
Ability to manage time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives.
ABAP debugging skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee project tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects, including coordination, tracking, and scheduling.
Communicate with company headquarters and the North America PI team to manage implementation and optimize SAP Logistics processes in support of customer requirements.
Provide strategic guidance to users defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements.
Document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements.
Provide backup for SAP consultants as needed.
Monitor and report issue status, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards, and provide information and results reports.
Identify and understand end users’ technical SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements.
Provide necessary training and documentation, maintain strong end-user relationships, and provide ongoing support.
