About The Position

The SAP FI/CO Lead is an onsite role in Reno, Nevada, focused on SAP Finance and Controlling, including intercompany accounting, Record-to-Report processes, and financial close activities. The role also supports SAP Project System settlement and its integration with FI/CO, as well as requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation support.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
Strong hands-on experience with intercompany AR/AP, GL accounting, and cross-company postings.
Expertise in transfer pricing, markup, cost allocation, and expense recharge processes.
Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and financial close activities.
Experience with SAP Project System (PS) settlement and integration with FI/CO.
Experience in accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

Support intercompany AR/AP, general ledger accounting, and cross-company postings.

Support Record-to-Report processes and financial close activities.
Support SAP Project System settlement and its integration with FI/CO.
Perform or support accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
