About The Position

Navteca is seeking experienced professionals to support the SAP ERP Solution Suite used across County and school systems. This role involves supporting a complex SAP environment that includes Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Portals, Logistics, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Solution Manager (SolMan), Master Data Management (MDM), and Process Orchestration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and/or functional SAP expertise and the ability to support enterprise-wide systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient SAP solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems
• Strong expertise in at least one SAP technical or functional area
• Experience supporting enterprise-level SAP environments
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• SAP Technologies: Basis, ABAP, SAP Security, GRC, Solution Manager
• Programming: ABAP, Java, JavaScript
• Data & Analytics: SAP BW/BI, Data Services
• Integration: PI/PO, Process Orchestration
• Functional Areas: FI/CO, Logistics (LO), SRM, HCM (Payroll, Time Management), MDM
• Enterprise Portals and SAP Fiori

Nice To Haves

• Experience in government or regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide application support across SAP modules and integrated systems
• Collaborate with County teams on project management, system architecture, and solution design
• Support system configuration, customization, upgrades, and technical releases
• Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications
• Identify, assess, and manage system changes and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues within established guidelines
• Support system integration, infrastructure, and security role administration
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Ensure compliance with Fairfax County standards and best practices
