About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant with expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX). The role involves leveraging SAP EAM solutions to manage enterprise assets, optimize maintenance processes, and support project management lifecycles. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end EAM business processes, from requirement gathering and functional design to system testing and production support. This is an onsite position located in Rosemead, CA.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP EAM solutions, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX).
Manage and optimize technical objects such as Equipment and Functional Locations.
Oversee maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance processes.
Design and develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF).
Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis to understand client needs.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Provide production support and incident resolution for SAP EAM modules.
Manage stakeholders effectively throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
