About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in delivering SAP projects, including full lifecycle SAP implementations (local and global) encompassing program planning/management, Business Case development, and planning/implementation across various Software Engineering process phases.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP PM and/or Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformational projects involving on- and off-shore resources.
  • Security Secret clearance is required.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices.
  • Comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service environment.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • English proficiency is required for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other global locations where English is the common language.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP can enhance their business operations.
  • Expertise in SAP S4 EAM, including experience with asset hierarchy, work management, and overall asset management related to functional and configuration requirements.
  • Experience with SAP Field Service Management.

Responsibilities

  • Use business acumen to initiate Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, focusing on either domain or platform strategies.
  • Demonstrate to clients how SAP EAM/IAM can address their business challenges.
  • Contribute to setting strategies for short-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior managers at client organizations and/or Accenture, engaging in persuasive communication and negotiation on key issues.
  • Apply judgment to guide critical assignments forward.
  • Lead large teams and/or projects within client organizations or at Accenture.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support professional growth, improve team performance, and cultivate a collaborative work environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, emphasizing accountability and excellence.
