About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Project (iXp) is SAP’s global, paid internship program designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This role supports the Concur Global Distribution organization, which sells Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions. The intern will work with the VP of Business Transformation and cross-functional leaders on business planning and performance management initiatives, focusing on reporting monthly/quarterly status on progress towards strategic priorities and revenue growth targets.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Project management experience that includes planning activities, managing the execution of the plan and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Excel, PowerPoint required.
• Candidates must currently be enrolled in graduate degree program which is applicable to the position.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, SQL preferred
• MBA student with focus on strategic management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Work with the VP of Business Transformation and cross-functional leaders to support 2026 business planning and performance management initiatives.
• Lead the development of executive reporting on key business metrics to enable critical rhythm-of-business activities, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as standalone project analyses.
• Collaborate across the organization to create cohesive, aligned dashboards and reports by leveraging expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and SQL.
• Drive modernization of reporting processes through the use of AI and advanced analytics techniques.
• Contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle.
