About The Position

The Senior SAP Basis Administrator develops, tests, implements, and maintains operating systems and related software. The role establishes and enforces computer operations standards to ensure hardware and software compatibility with defined specifications and parameters. The administrator leads troubleshooting and provides technical support to maintain stable and secure system environments. The position is 100% onsite in St. Louis, Missouri; candidates must live locally or be willing to travel there weekly.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of SAP Basis experience.
• Experience installing and administering SAP S/4HANA in Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
• Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance.
• Must live locally to St. Louis, Missouri, or be willing to travel there weekly.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and networking problems.
• Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups, and conduct data recoveries when required.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for all program applications.
• Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities.
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain operating systems and related software.
• Establish and enforce computer operations standards to ensure compatibility between hardware and software.
