About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an SAP Asset Management Business Analyst. This is a Full Time, 10-month contract position located in Winnemucca, NV. As an SAP Asset Management Business Analyst, you will support business readiness activities associated with the SAP Asset Management implementation. You will serve as a first point of contact for plant personnel requiring assistance with SAP Asset Management processes and day-to-day usage questions. Your role will involve developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and working directly with site personnel to drive user adoption and process compliance. You will also provide floor-side coaching and support, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document business process gaps, and coordinate with global SAP support teams to escalate system-related issues. Additionally, you will assist with master data review, validation, and cleansing efforts, helping users understand not only how to use SAP but also the importance of standardized processes for safe and efficient plant operations. You will reinforce proper use of SAP maintenance processes including Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Confirmations, and Inventory and warehouse-related processes.

Requirements

5 – 10 years of experience in one of the following areas: Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance Planning, Reliability Maintenance Supervision, Engineering, Industrial Plant Operations.
Hands-on experience using SAP within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related operational modules.
Strong understanding of maintenance work management processes.
Experience supporting maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
Understanding of inventory, warehousing, and materials management processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
Ability to build credibility with hourly employees, supervisors, planners, and management personnel.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting SAP implementations or major system transitions within manufacturing environments.
Experience preparing organizations for process change and technology adoption.
Experience in mining, chemicals, processing, heavy industrial, energy, or similar industries.
Previous experience as a: Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Reliability Specialist, Engineering Supervisor, Operations Leader.

Responsibilities

Support business readiness activities associated with the SAP Asset Management implementation.
Serve as a first point of contact for plant personnel requiring assistance with SAP Asset Management processes and day-to-day usage questions.
Develop training materials, reference guides, presentations, and process documentation for end users.
Deliver classroom, workshop, and hands-on training sessions to maintenance, operations, and planning teams.
Work directly with site personnel to drive user adoption and process compliance.
Provide floor-side coaching and support before, during, and after SAP go-live activities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and collect user feedback.
Document business process gaps, user concerns, and training needs.
Coordinate with global SAP functional and technical support teams to escalate system-related issues.
Assist with master data review, validation, and cleansing efforts where needed.
Help users understand not only how to use SAP, but why standardized processes are critical to safe and efficient plant operations.
