Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
3 years + experience in real estate/multi-family asset management.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family properties.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and financial returns.
Conduct thorough financial analysis of property performance, including income statements, cash flow projections, and budgeting.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Stay abreast of market trends and dynamics affecting the multi-family sector.
Utilize market research to inform investment and management decisions.
Establish and maintain strong communication channels with investors.
Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Address investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Participate in property acquisition due diligence processes, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
Provide insights into potential challenges and opportunities related to new acquisitions.
Prepare regular reports on property performance for internal stakeholders and investors.
Utilize Excel and other tools to create comprehensive and visually appealing reports.
