About the Role : As the Asset Management Associate, you will be responsible for supporting joint venture management by coordinating lease approvals and compiling financial reports. Additionally, you will assist with financial reviews for tenants by analyzing financial statements and ensuring the timely collection of necessary documents. The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily. Requirements
- Relevant background in commercial leasing is required
- Proficient with Excel is a must
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft lease summaries and coordinate with legal and leasing teams to ensure timely approval of joint venture deals.
- Collect and compile monthly and quarterly reports, including occupancy and budget analysis, and liaise with the accounting department to address financial inquiries.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Ensure the collection of all necessary financial documents.
- Communicate with the leasing team regarding any missing or outstanding documents.
