About The Position

This role is responsible for the sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures. The technician will work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. This position requires the ability to operate various types of equipment and tools, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and maintain a positive customer and employee relations.

Requirements

Ability to work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
Adherence to "Safety First" expectations, including PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.
Working knowledge and ability to operate skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
Ability to effectively communicate with team lead, supervisor, and customer.
Ability to maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime.
Ability to work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc., utilizing fall protection equipment when required.
Ability to maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
Ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
Ability to perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
Ability to complete accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion.

Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.

Responsibilities

Sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures.
Washing down, shoveling, de-junking, vacuuming, and sweeping.
Assisting in formulating sanitation standards and work procedures.
Operating skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
Effectively communicating with team lead, supervisor, and customer to accomplish assigned tasks.
Maintaining adherence to the published work schedule and working overtime as required.
Working from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc., utilizing fall protection equipment when required.
Maintaining communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
Working all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.

Cleaning process screens with a concentrated solution daily.
