About The Position

As a sanitation team member, you’ll respond quickly to spills, breaks, and accidents while maintaining overall facility cleanliness. The role is suited to people who enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented work. Work is full time at 3131 Winton Road, Rochester, NY 14623, with evening and overnight availability required, including weekends. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to spills, breaks, clogged drains, and other maintenance needs.
• Operate balers and compactors; load pallets and recyclables onto trailers.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked supply and maintenance areas.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently, including restrooms, floors, offices, and common areas.
• Clean warehouse aisles and docks; organize pallets, totes, and other assets.
• Safely use equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scrubbers, and follow safety, sanitation, and company guidelines.
