About The Position

This position is for 18+. This job posting is for food & beverage sanitation supervisor seasonal. Food and Beverage supervisor ($18.00/hr). Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you’ll address and resolve any food safety issues, coach and train associates on proper food safety, directly communicate to food managers on daily audit results, greet guests, answer questions and ensure quality service. Conducts daily audits of food service areas, utilizing Six Flags approved audit form. Prepares reports for regular review with Management. Reports should include weekly recaps and suggestions on improving processes. Corrects immediate areas of deficiencies when observed. Reports any and all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety.
