About The Position
This position is for 18+. This job posting is for food & beverage sanitation supervisor seasonal Food and Beverage supervisor ($18.00/hr) ________________________________________________________________________________ Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you’ll - Address and resolve any food safety issues.- Coach and train associates on proper food safety.- Directly communicate to food managers on daily audit results.- Greet guests, answer questions and ensure quality service. - Conducts daily audits of food service areas, utilizing Six Flags approved audit form - Prepares reports for regular review with Management. Reports should include weekly recaps and suggestions on improving processes - Corrects immediate areas of deficiencies when observed. - Reports any and all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety.
