This position is in Cargill's Food Enterprise, which serves food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a range of ingredients and products including poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa, and chocolate. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for implementing the cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, utensils, and the entire plant environment.
