About The Position

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience and demonstrating a willing, enthusiastic attitude toward customers and coworkers. The role includes recommending double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches. Employees perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual and may be cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed. The position also involves customer service, food preparation, cleaning, cash and product accountability, and inventory tasks. Hiring is subject to pre-employment background and drug screening. Responsibilities

• Perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
• Become cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with many different types of people.
• Recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches.
• Make sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
• Use a POS system or cash register.
• Slice vegetables and perform other food preparation.
• Wash dishes and wipe tables, countertops, and chairs.
• Sweep the floor in the work area.
• Account for cash and product.
• Complete required cash-ins at each shift.
• Take inventory.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.
