About The Position

The Sandwich Artist helps ensure a high-quality customer experience by serving customers and recommending options such as double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches. The role calls for a willing and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and coworkers. Employees perform assigned station duties as detailed in the Operations Manual and may be cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Subject to pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and interact with many different types of people.
• Recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches.
• Make sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
• Use a POS system or cash register.
• Slice vegetables and perform other food preparation.
• Wash dishes and wipe tables, countertops, and chairs.
• Sweep the floor in the work area.
• Account for cash and product, including completing required cash-ins at each shift.
• Take inventory.
• Become cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.
