Samsung Home Theater Specialist
About The Position
As a Samsung Home Theater Expert, you’ll work in a retail store to demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Samsung brand. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the unique value of each product. You’ll also work with other sales associates to share your Samsung product knowledge and help the team serve customers. The role includes maintaining strong knowledge of new Samsung technology, coordinating with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales practices, keeping the department organized and ready for customers, and supporting sales strategies and financial performance goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
- 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
Responsibilities
