About The Position

As a Samsung Home Theater Expert, you’ll work in a Best Buy retail store to demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Samsung brand. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand each product’s unique value, and work closely with other sales associates to share Samsung product knowledge and help the team assist customers.

The role involves keeping up with new Samsung technology, discussing performance, promotions, and sales best practices with vendor partners and market teams, maintaining an organized department, and supporting sales strategies to meet operating results, growth objectives, and financial performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
