About The Position

The Samsung Home Theater Expert works in a Best Buy retail store demonstrating and selling home theater products, with an emphasis on the Samsung brand. Best Buy provides training to help the specialist become an expert. The role involves explaining complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand each product’s unique value, and sharing Samsung product knowledge with sales associates so the team is prepared to assist customers.

The specialist maintains knowledge of new Samsung technology, works with vendor partners and market teams on performance, promotions, and sales best practices, keeps the department organized and ready for customers, and supports sales strategies and financial performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions, and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
