About The Position

US Cannalytics is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sampling Agent to join our growing team in the medical cannabis industry. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet PA state cannabis employment requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Comfort with frequent travel and extended time driving. Weekly overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of customer service, client relations, or account management experience
  • Experience in cannabis, laboratory, inventory, logistics, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with aseptic technique or laboratory documentation practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience handling client concerns and providing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Travel daily to licensed cannabis grower and processor facilities throughout Pennsylvania
  • Perform random and representative compliance sampling of cannabis and cannabis products
  • Follow strict aseptic techniques during sample collection to prevent contamination
  • Accurately complete chain-of-custody forms, manifests, and electronic documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Ensure secure and compliant transportation of samples to the laboratory
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients during facility visits
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding scheduling, field observations, and operational needs
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when unexpected situations arise in the field
  • Assist with laboratory intake, accessioning, inventory tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain clean and organized sampling kits, laboratory spaces, and transport vehicles
  • Adhere to all company policies, laboratory procedures, and Pennsylvania cannabis regulations
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
