About The Position

MANE is seeking a Sample Service Coordinator to join their team at the Creative Center in Parsippany, NJ. This role is crucial for coordinating between the Perfumery Lab and the Sales Coordinator Team. The primary function is to ensure the efficient production and storage of oils for customer samples, including finished goods and internal evaluation samples. The position involves managing sample requests, maintaining inventory, and prioritizing compounding tasks to meet sales deadlines and company objectives.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma, some college helpful
  • 1+ Years Administrative Experience in the fragrance/flavors or related industries working in or managing a stockroom.
  • Experience or knowledge of fragrance compounding desired
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Works with the Sales department to process and prioritize customer request for oil and/or finished good samples.
  • Maintains the orderly and efficient computer and physical storage and retrieval of oils to fulfill all oil requests and/or Fragrance Applications Requests for customer samples. Requests for new oils compounded as needed.
  • Manages Kilo Lab Batch Calendar and prioritizes compounding and kilo batches based on Sales department deadlines and urgency.
  • Prioritizes incoming sample requests for the Home and Personal Care Labs.
  • Coordinates sample order requests and arrange delivery, internally or externally. Communicating with Account Coordinators as needed to provide updates on delivery and delays.
  • Coordinates with QC to provide standards for large scale and production batches and daily priority lists based on project deadlines.
  • Handles special projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.
